BUSINESS BUILDER PROGRAMME
The Business Builder programme is designed for the business owner who wants to grow their business, increase their revenue, maximise their client base and be held accountable to achieve their business objectives each and every month.
The Business Builder programme is an intensive six month coaching and development programmes for both yourself and your business, designed to ensure your business is operating at its optimum and allow you to have expert guidance and direction every step of the way.
Business Builder Programme includes:
- 1 x 90 minute telephone business review and planning session
- 5 Monthly allocations of 90 minutes for coaching and follow up. This can be split into weekly, fortnightly or monthly time slots depending on what is most appropriate for your business.
- Unlimited email access and support for specific business issues or queries helping you to better manage your business.
- Business templates and direction to creating a winning business plan and tactical actions to support it through your six month coaching programme
- Structured analysis and guidance on financial performance, marketing, branding, social media, pricing and service or product review.
- Dedicated Business Specialist to help you guide your business through a six month programme whilst ensuring you are staying accountable to your business objectives and performance.
